About Me

Hi there, I'm Morgan! Mama and traditional birth & postpartum doula.

Mother to multiple, wife to my best friend, and daughter to the King of kings. Serving pregnant and postpartum mothers in Southeast WI.

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord."

1 Peter 4:10-11

Growing up, I knew that I always wanted to be a wife & mother even though it seemed as though the world heavily scrutinized both roles. What I didn’t realize until I actually had my first baby was how strongly I felt led to serve women who were also in seasons of pregnancy and postpartum.

It was after the birth of my third that I realized just how lacking postpartum support was. I was one of the lucky few to have a community of women “in house” (my mothers and sisters). But it was during this time that I also had the support of my church who set up a Meal Train for our family and provided hearty, nourishing meals. It was such a blessing to witness others in the body of Christ truly be His hands and feet. It was humbling and inspiring to be on the receiving end of such simple but monumental generosity.

I knew I had been called to walk alongside women who may not have the same support that I had. And the more that I learned about postpartum support, the more I learned about natural birth; it’s benefits and safety, the purpose of the pain, and the advantage of trusted support. Enter: the doula.

Like the verse states, it is my intention to live as Christ and to use the gift God has given to me to serve others; specifically mothers and their families, walking alongside them in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

A Few Things About Me

My biggest cheerleader and best friend in the entire world also happens to be my husband.

And important addition to my “about me” page. I wouldn’t be the “me” that I am today if not for the influence of my supportive, loving husband. Everyone says that their husband is the best and while I don’t think any of us are wrong, mine truly is.

We first met back in 2014 and dated long distance for a time (he is originally from New York). Young and “truly, madly, deeply” in love, we found out early in our relationship that we were expecting a son. Though his plans already consisted of taking the plunge to uproot his life for me, it was solidified upon this major life-change.

Since the beginning of our relationship, I have always felt the love of Jesus exude from this man. God has truly blessed me that I am able to “do life” & raise all of these incredible children with him.
