Home Birth Package
Prenatal, birth, and immediate postpartum support for women seeking a home birth, or birth center birth.
- Complimentary Consultation – Video or in person
- 2 prenatal visits – 60-90 minutes each
- Unlimited phone + text support
- Access to my list of pregnancy, birth, + postpartum resources
- Access to my “birth book library”
- Assistance with creating your birth plan (if desired)
- On-call support from 37 weeks until birth
- Comfort measures, coping strategies and evidence based information as needed during birth
- Non-professional birth photography & videography
- Immediate postpartum care for up to 2 hours after birth
- One postpartum visit (2 hours) within the first week of birth
- Text, phone, and email support up to 6 months postpartum
Investment: $1,000
Hospital Birth Package
Prenatal, birth, and immediate postpartum support for women seeking a natural birth in a hospital setting.
- Complimentary Consultation – Video or in person
- 2 prenatal visits – 60-90 minutes each
- Additional visit (if desired) to meet your care provider/OB
- Unlimited phone + text support
- Access to my list of pregnancy, birth, + postpartum resources
- Access to my “birth book” library
- Assistance with creating your birth plan
- On-call support from 37 weeks until birth
- Comfort measures, coping strategies, advocacy, and evidence based information as needed during birth
- Non-professional birth photography & videography
- Immediate postpartum care for up to 2 hours after birth
- One postpartum visit (2 hours) within the first week of birth
- Text, phone, and email support up to 6 months postpartum
Investment: $1,250
Postpartum Doula Services
Postpartum support is available for up to 2-3 days per week with hourly package options to select from. 4 hour minimum required per visit with an 8 hour maximum.
Services are tailored to the needs of the family but can include things like: assistance around the house (washing dishes, laundry, tidying up, etc), prepped meals, childcare for older children, & grocery runs.
Birth clients receive a discounted postpartum rate!
Support package options:
- 16 hours of support
- 24 hours of support
- 40 hours of support (5% discount, if not already birth client)
- 80 hours of support (10% discount, if not already birth client)
Investment: $50 per Hour
